My order showed up late again, and the tracking barely changed the whole time. It’s hard to describe, but it just felt like I was left guessing instead of knowing what was going on. Not a great experience.

I found the website really easy to get around. The search worked well and I found the books I wanted without clicking through loads of pages. Checkout was simple too no fuss at all. It was nice being able to order quickly without the site being confusing

I tried to place my order, but the checkout kept freezing and my payment wouldn’t go through. I had to start over twice, i don’t have the patience for that. I got annoyed and just gave up. Not a great first experience.

I ordered a book from easons.com and ended up having to contact customer service because the tracking just wasn’t updating at all.

To be fair, they did get back to me and they were polite, but it took a couple of days each time, which was frustrating. I also found it annoying that the terms seemed to have changed from what I expected when ordering, especially around updates and delivery timing, so I was left guessing more than I should’ve been.

The book did arrive in the end and everything was fine with it, so it wasn’t a disaster. I’d probably use them again, but the support really needs to be quicker and the terms should be clearer instead of feeling like they shift after the fact

Got exactly what I ordered, with no mix-ups or missing items. after a few orders from other places where stuff was wrong or left out, I don’t really trust deliveries the way I used to. But this one was spot on, so I was happy with it.

I had an easons gift card sitting around and finally decided to use it when I was ordering a few books for the kids. I wasn’t sure if it would be a bit of a hassle online, but I just popped the code in at checkout and the balance came off straight away.

The payment went through without any bother, which was a nice surprise. it’s always a relief when a gift card just works and you don’t end up having to chase anyone by email.

They had a decent mix of books and stationery, but of course the few things I actually needed weren’t in stock when I went. Kind of frustrating timing, since I’d made the trip specifically for those items.

Ordered a few books from Eason Ireland and the prices were better than I thought they’d be. Got good value for what I paid and the delivery was grand too, no hassle or anything. No real complaints tbh, I’d use them again next time I need more books.

Tried ordering this twice. Both times it said it was in stock. Then nope. Out of stock after I placed the order. Frustrating.

I sent the item back and I’m still sitting here waiting for my refund. At this point, it kind of feels like they’re hoping I’ll just forget about it or give up chasing them. Really frustrating experience...
